Business Transformation for Integrators
As a trade association supporting integration companies, NSCA has been doing whatever it can to help companies through the past few months and position themselves for COVID-19 recovery. Often, this “help” just means listening to company leaders as they share their ideas.
If they do want advice, we often remind them that, these days, it’s all about prioritizing and spending your time working on the right things. As integration company leaders react to significant market changes amid the COVID-19 crisis, it’s important to concentrate efforts on the right objectives.
Easier said than done, right? Recognizing those objectives in the moment isn’t always easy.
This 2020 P2Pv session, “Generating Your Own Top 10 List of Priorities for Surviving and Thriving,” focuses on identifying 10 priorities that integration company leaders should have as they battle through the pandemic and beyond.
Panelist Laurie MacKeigan, president of Halifax, Nova Scotia-based Backman Vidcom, points out that cross-training employees in order to have all tasks covered in the event of staff reduction is important. Meanwhile, Bruce Kaufmann, president and CEO at Gaithersburg, MD-based Human Circuit, emphasizes that integration firm leaders owe it to employees to consider worst-case scenarios.
Some other suggested priorities open up new revenue opportunities. Watch the entire on-demand session to learn more.
