Save time, streamline hiring, identify current employees who have extraordinary technical skills, and find the best new candidates by using NSCA’s Technical Assessment Tool.
To learn more about this new tool, click here to view a short informative webinar.
This NSCA members-only online program allows you to gauge the proficiency of technicians and installers before you hire them.
You can also administer this test to internal candidates who may express interest in a new role requiring more technical knowledge.
“Yesterday, we started using the Technical Assessment Tool, which I’m using to gauge the knowledge of our field service group. If we’re all glaringly missing something, or lacking in a specific technology, then I can pull everybody together and do a group training or boot camp to fill that gap.”
