Excellence in Business Awards recognize integration firms that have improved business performance, customer experiences, and/or employee engagement in the past year.
CEDAR RAPIDS, IA, Dec. 14, 2022 — NSCA, the leading not-for-profit association representing the commercial integration industry, is now accepting applications for the 2023 Excellence in Business Awards. Submissions will be accepted through Jan. 18, 2023; there are no entry fees. Winning integration companies will be honored in a variety of NSCA and industry publications, blogs, social media channels, and newsletters, as well as being recognized on stage at NSCA’s 25th annual Business & Leadership Conference on Feb. 28-March 2, 2023, in Irving, TX.
Companies with solid business sense and creative tactics continually beat their competitors to the finish line—whether it’s through successful strategies in fiscal responsibility, marketing, training, or strategic advancement. NSCA’s Excellence in Business Awards recognize integrators that choose to address challenges head-on by implementing tactics and strategies to improve business performance.
Excellence in Business Awards applications can be found at www.nsca.org/blc-2023-awards. Winners will be announced by Feb. 2, 2023, and they’ll be recognized at the Business & Leadership Conference’s Welcome Reception, where representatives from each winning company will discuss their successful business strategies and transformations with attendees.
Integrators can apply in one of six categories:
- Business Performance (establishing methods for accurate job costing, new ways to trim operating expenses, etc.)
- Employee Engagement (corporate culture exercises, increasing job satisfaction, etc.)
- Differentiating Strategies (implementing new sales strategies, growth strategies, etc.)
- Strategic Transformation (entering new markets, increasing RMR, etc.)
- Customer Experience (increasing customer satisfaction scores or repeat business, etc.)
- Talent Development (cross-training, onboarding, recruiting, career development, etc.)
“Year after year, integrators are finding innovative ways stay relevant, improve services, attract new talent, and land new business,” says NSCA CEO Chuck Wilson. “This award gives them the opportunity to be recognized for their efforts to enhance their business and the industry.”
