The 2026 Business & Leadership Conference invites integration firm leaders to explore new strategies and mindsets.

NSCA, the leading not-for-profit association representing the commercial integration industry, is excited to announce the speaker lineup for its 2026 Business & Leadership Conference (BLC), the industry’s premier event for executive-level education, networking, and professional growth

Set for Feb. 24-26, 2026, at the Ritz-Carlton Dallas Las Colinas in Irving, TX, the 2026 Business & Leadership Conference invites integration firm leaders to explore new strategies and mindsets so they can shape what’s next for their businesses, their people, and the industry.

Each year, BLC brings together hundreds of integration professionals—from owners and executives to project managers and business developers—to discuss critical business issues, share best practices, and cultivate leadership skills that drive long-term success.

2026 Business & Leadership Conference Keynotes

The 2026 event features an exceptional lineup of thought leaders and strategists, including:

  • Dr. Chris Kuehl, with a tailored economic outlook that digs into inflation, tariffs, labor shortages, and global events so leaders can make informed plans amid industry uncertainty
  • Frankie Russo, who unpacks what it takes to raise the bar for leadership in a changing world
  • Josh Sundquist, delivering a masterclass in resilience and mindset to show leaders how to foster grit, optimism, and growth by applying the “One More Thing, One More Time” philosophy
  • Amanda Gore, who explores how leaders can bridge the growing communication gap with their teams to fuel connection and performance
  • Colonel DeDe Halfhill, with a powerful closing session that draws on her 25-year U.S. Air Force career and explores how unseen forces like mistrust and resistance can impact execution without trust and adaptability in place
  • Carlos Whittaker, who challenges leaders to disrupt negativity and demonstrates how the simple act of “human hope” can transform teams, relationships, and business outcomes

Every year at BLC, NSCA also honors:

  • John Greene Mentorship Award winner for carrying on the mission of mentorship
  • Volunteer of the Year Award winner for giving their time, effort, and talents to the industry
  • Per Haugen Lifetime Achievement Award winner for their dedication to philanthropy and social responsibility

  • Integrator of the Year winners for implementing tactics and strategies that improve business performance

“BLC remains the place where our industry’s best leaders connect, challenge ideas, and build practical solutions, no matter what’s impacting commercial integration,” says NSCA Executive Director Tom LeBlanc. “This year’s speakers are ready to help integrators shape tomorrow with resilient teams, informed strategies, and the confidence to tackle complex challenges.”

Attendees are also encouraged to sign up for the annual Industry Charity Golf Outing at the TPC Las Colinas on Feb. 24, 2026. This event kicks off the Business & Leadership Conference every year and helps the NSCA Education Foundation raise funds for programs like Ignite and PASS K-12.
