CEDAR RAPIDS, IA, Nov. 3, 2023 – NSCA, the leading not-for-profit association representing the commercial integration industry, is excited to let integrators know that the 2024 Business & Leadership Conference (BLC) is set for Feb. 27-29, 2024, in Irving, TX.

NSCA’s BLC has become the industry’s most notable platform for executive-level education and networking. The event is like no other, bringing hundreds of executives together to share stories, learn from one another, and hear about new ways to lead in a changing environment, embrace emerging technology, inspire employees, and make the most of every day.

NSCA members who plan to attend can register now to take advantage of special early-bird pricing: Sign up by Nov. 30, 2023, for only $899. On Dec. 1, 2023, the price goes up to $1,080 for NSCA members.

Up-and-coming industry leaders who have never been to BLC are eligible to apply for a Randy Vaughan Founder’s Award to receive free BLC registration. To qualify, applicants must be in a management or decision-making role at a commercial integration firm. Applications are due by Dec. 15, 2023.

At this year’s BLC, NSCA will also honor the first recipient of the John Greene Mentorship Award. It will be granted to one individual who demonstrates a commitment to mentorship that would make John—an industry steward who had a passion for mentorship and professional development—proud. Applications are due on Nov. 17, 2023.

“So much is changing for integrators,” says NSCA Executive Director Tom LeBlanc. “Artificial intelligence hype is omnipresent, customers are evolving, technology is becoming more mission-critical, and network-centric support is required to support these systems. What integrators do next will have a ripple effect for years to come. The Business & Leadership Conference will help industry leaders get ready for those next steps.”

Attendees are also encouraged to register for the annual NSCA Education Foundation Industry Charity Golf Outing at the TPC Las Colinas on Feb. 27, 2024. This event kicks off the Business & Leadership Conference every year and helps the NSCA Education Foundation raise funds for programs such as Ignite and PASS K-12.

BLC 2024 sponsors to date include ADI, Belden, Biamp, Bogen, Cleerline, Crestron, D-Tools, Domotz, IntelliSee, Legrand AV, Lencore, Lightware, Netgear AV, Pro-Tech Management, Q-SYS, Rauland Ametek, Sharp/NEC, Shure, Solutions360, Sonance, Sony, TD SYNNEX, Visual Solutions, and West Penn Wire.
