There are several sayings we’ve all heard when it comes to Process Management: “It’s dysfunctional – It’s broken – It doesn’t work – I just followed the process.” These sayings tend to take a power (and responsibility) away from those working within the process and instead place blame on the participants. We’d like to look at Continuous Process Improvement through the lens of “The Process is Operating Perfectly as Designed”. Although this sounds weird – it actually frees participants from a “Blame” paradigm to a “Create” paradigm. This session will work through proven best practices to create viable processes which deliver predictable and intended results.
