Compensation & Benefits Report for Integrators

Every other year, NSCA releases an updated Compensation & Benefits Report. The report is built using survey data gathered from commercial integrators across North America.
In its ninth iteration in 2026, the report tracks and benchmarks compensation and benefits data for a variety of key positions within the industry, including technical, non-technical, and C-suite roles.
This is the only industry-specific resource available to integrators that want to make informed decisions about employee salary and benefits packages.
Take the 2026 Compensation & Benefits Survey
NSCA is currently collecting data for the 2026 Compensation & Benefits Report, and we invite commercial integrators to participate in the survey. By contributing your data, you help ensure the report continues to provide accurate, industry-specific benchmarks that support better hiring, compensation, and workforce planning decisions.
Participants help strengthen the report while gaining early insight into the trends shaping compensation and benefits across the integration industry.
How Is Data Collected?
Across the span of a few months, integrators are asked to complete a comprehensive survey that collects information about company background, staffing levels, employee benefits, compensation, travel reimbursement, and salary increases. This survey data is used to develop the Compensation & Benefits Report. All survey data is managed and processed by an independent, third-party research firm.
Who Can Access the Report?
Owners and executives at NSCA member companies can access the report at no cost by completing a form (the form for the 2024 report is featured below); the report can also be purchased by qualifying non-members. NSCA vets each request to ensure that the information will be used for informational and decision-making purposes only.
If your job title includes “owner,” “CEO,” CFO,” or “president,” then you’ll be approved to receive the report. If not, please ask a colleague with that job title to request the report. Those individuals should use their discretion to determine who else within their organization can read it.
