NoviSign founder and CEO recognized for more than 15 years of innovation, leadership, and impact on the digital signage industry

Wilmington, DE—Sept. 9, 2026 —NoviSign Founder and CEO, Gil Matzliah, has been named one of three finalists in the Industry Illuminator – Individual Excellence / Industry Impact category at the 2026 Digital Signage Federation (DSF) Pixel Awards.

Industry Illuminator is the Pixel Awards’ only individual category and recognizes a leader whose leadership, innovation, and influence are helping move the digital signage industry forward. The winner will be announced at the DSF Pixel Awards on September 17, 2026, in Woodside, California, during the Digital Signage Federation’s Bay Area Mix & Mingle.

The recognition reflects more than 15 years of Gil’s leadership at NoviSign and a consistent vision: make powerful digital signage technology simpler, more accessible, and easier for organizations and partners to use.

Since founding NoviSign in 2011, Gil has focused on removing barriers to digital signage adoption by making powerful technology accessible to technical and non-technical users alike. That philosophy has guided NoviSign from its early adoption of Android, cloud-based management, and hardware-agnostic architecture to today’s AI-powered content creation, intelligent automation, and integrations with emerging technologies.

Today, NoviSign powers over 70,000 active screens worldwide and supports a global ecosystem of more than 250 white-label partners. Gil’s partner-first approach has enabled resellers, AV integrators, and managed service providers around the world to build and grow digital signage businesses under their own brands.

Gil’s commitment to the wider industry was especially visible in 2026, when NoviSign hosted three international Partner Summits in Barcelona, Las Vegas, and Tokyo, each bringing together around 100 partners, customers, and industry experts, including executives from Sony, Amazon, BrightSign, and other leading technology companies. Gil has also been a frequent speaker for more than a decade at major industry events including InfoComm, Digital Signage Experience (DSE), and Digital Signage Summit Europe (DSSE).

“I’m proud to be recognized by the Digital Signage Federation alongside other leaders in our industry,” said Gil Matzliah, Founder and CEO of NoviSign. “This recognition also reflects what our team and partners have built together over more than 15 years. From the beginning, our goal has been to remove complexity from digital signage and make powerful technology accessible to everyone, while giving

our partners the tools and freedom to build successful businesses of their own. The technology continues to change, but that philosophy remains at the heart of what we do.”

The finalist recognition comes during a milestone year for NoviSign. In 2026, the company completed its first strategic acquisition, bringing hundreds of organizations from a legacy U.S. CMS provider onto the NoviSign platform, while continuing to expand its AI capabilities, technology partnerships, and global partner ecosystem.
