You’ve completed your Everything DiSC® assessment and pre-work. Now dig into what your profile reveals. In this 90-minute session, you’ll explore your natural communication style, priorities, motivators, and stressors—the foundation of self-awareness that drives every conversation.
- Understand what drives your behavior and how it shapes customer and team interactions
- Identify where your style helps you build trust and where it creates unintentional friction
- Reflect on patterns in REVUP Portal to anchor learning in real work examples
Outcome: Clear understanding of your natural style and how it influences every interaction you lead.
Session 2 • Friday, July 24 • 11 AM CST
Read Others: Spotting Styles & Adapting
Now expand beyond your own style. Learn how to recognize the communication patterns of each DiSC style in real time—in calls, emails, meetings, and team dynamics. This session teaches you where friction happens and how to adapt with small, intentional adjustments.
- Identify observable patterns that signal each DiSC style in conversations and decision-making
- Compare your tendencies with other styles to spot where connection is possible and friction can occur
- Practice adapting your communication to strengthen buyer and team relationships

Session 3 • Friday, July 31 • 11 AM CST
Build Trust: Credibility & Long-Term Value
Sales is about one-time closes. Long-term growth is about relationships. This session focuses on building the credibility and trust that create lasting value with customers and teams. Learn how your DiSC style supports strong relationships and where you might be creating unintentional friction.

Capstone • Friday, August 7 • 11 AM CST
REVUP APEX: Apply & Celebrate
Learning becomes real when it’s applied. In this capstone session, you’ll share how your DiSC awareness and communication skills have improved your interactions in real work. Participants showcase real examples of better conversations, stronger relationships, and clearer communication results. You’ll also support others by offering insight and helping them apply the methodology in their own work—reinforcing your own mastery in the process.
