There’s no doubt that the value an integrator offers to customers has shifted as a result of pandemic. By most accounts, it has actually increased.
Agile integrators are consulting with customers to understand their changing needs, solving new business challenges with integrated technology.
Kramer wants integrator dealers to consider the role technology can play in monitoring social distancing and meticulous contact tracing.
This P2P Series white paper, provided by Kramer, outlines how Corona Tag can provide integrators with a solution to offer customers.
From 2020 P2P Sponsor Kramer:
At present, there are not any distributable vaccines available for COVID-19; safe and effective versions are not expected to be widely available until Spring 2021. In the meantime, two measures have proven effective against infection: (1) wearing a mask that covers the mouth and nose, and (2) social distancing, maintaining a minimum distance of six feet from other people. Both measures are strongly endorsed by the Centers for Disease Control, the National Institutes of Health, and other international health organizations. And both measures are being implemented across a wide range of business and institutional sectors, including hospitality, retail, health, and education.
While the wearing of masks by employees is easily implemented and verified, the maintenance of proper social distancing is not—at least not without some high-tech assistance! Personal, portable, battery-powered tracking systems that are lightweight, unobtrusive, and secure can protect the wearer’s identity while recording any social interactions that take place at distances less than six feet apart.
