One of the most impactful issues facing fleets today is prolonged order-to-delivery dates and vehicle shortages. While OEM production is ramped up, it is nowhere near full capacity. It has pushed production on 2021 models to later in the year depending on the OEM.

Dealer inventory has been depleted during COVID-19 and it has had a significant impact on the used vehicle market. Resale values are extremely high right now as dealer’s face challenges to replenish their inventories. We have been working with our fleet partners to make sure they are proactively planning for new vehicles while maximizing returns by cycling vehicles out.
