School security is at the forefront of conversations around dinner tables, in administrator conferences, and at school board meetings. The PASS story is one born out of concern and commitment for school safety. When a school system makes an investment in security, we want to help them make sure their money is spent on the right solutions.
ESPA/EST Training and Certification
The Foundation has contributed more than $135,000 toward the development of EST training and certification curricula. The Foundation also provides financial assistance for assessment costs, training classes and exam costs.
Scholarship Endowment Program
Ten percent of Foundation funding is allocated to the Scholarship Endowment Fund, which offers annual scholarships to students who demonstrate financial need and plan to enter this field.
In partnership with NSCA , the Foundation partially funded the development of curriculum focused on the technical and business aspects of convergence affecting industry members today. An example of this is the Pivot to Profit conference.
