NSCA Announces Survey on Compensation & Benefits

October 6, 2014

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA, Oct. 6, 2014 — The National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA) is excited to announce the launch of its Compensation & Benefits survey. This survey is part of ongoing research that tracks and benchmarks compensation and benefit data for key industry positions.

Until Oct. 24, 2014, NSCA will collect data on company background, staffing levels, employee benefits, compensation, and sales forces at integration firms around the country.

This data will be used to create a Compensation & Benefits Report to help NSCA members identify successful staffing strategies, ensure a constant workflow and positive work environment, and benchmark current employee offerings. The report will also help integrators make connections between their staffing approaches and revenue changes.

The report will focus on:

  • Employee benefits and the cost burden to employers
  • Compensation structures for project managers and sales staff
  • Key positions and salaries (both technical and administrative)
  • Salary levels based on position, location, and company size
  • Labor bargaining unit (LBU) staff

For more information about the survey or upcoming Compensation & Benefits Report, visit www.nsca.org or call 800.446.6722.

All survey participants will be entered into a drawing for a $250 Visa gift card. To take the survey, visit www.nsca.org/compsurvey.
