Navigate Academy is a one-stop-shop for integration firms that want to build the knowledge and skill levels of their workforces
Ongoing education, professional development, and training for your workforce not only help employees perform more effectively, but also encourage them to stay. SHRM data reveals that only one-third of employees are satisfied with their organization’s commitment to professional development. Meanwhile, 21% cite lack of career advancement opportunities as a reason to leave their employer. But, if a company invests in employees’ careers, the majority (94%) say they’re likely to stay at the company longer.
Through NSCA membership, integrators already have access to valuable content that improves every corner of their business—from project management to marketing.

Principles of Job Costing
The purpose of any business is to make money. For a project-based business, proper job costing is the most effective way to make sure that happens.
Job costing tracks costs and revenues by job and enables standardized reporting of profitability for each job. For a typical job, this includes direct material, direct labor, subcontract costs, and indirect costs used to support the project.
What Are Navigate Academy Courses Like?
Each course begins as a live, 45-minute webinar. The course is also recorded and available on-demand once the live webinar is complete.
After completing the course, participants take a short quiz to confirm that they understood the session content. These courses qualify for AVIXA CTS renewal units and Project Management Institute PDUs.
Each course is accompanied by an action item that helps the participant apply what they learn on the job. Think of it like a mini homework assignment that helps your employees learn by doing.
Participants can also tune in to podcasts featuring industry experts who are well-aligned with the training module topic of the month. These 10-minute discussions are filled with real-life lessons and examples of business success—and failure.
