C2G Releases USB-C/HDMI Three-Input Combo to HDMI One-Output KVM Switch

March 23, 2023

DAYTON, Ohio — C2G today announced its new USB-C/HDMI 3-Input Combo to HDMI 1-Output KVM switch. Users can easily switch between three computing devices using a single keyboard, display, and mouse, making the KVM switch ideal for accessing multiple devices while freeing up desk space by reducing the number of keyboards, displays, and mice needed.

“Workspaces have become much more complicated and can quickly become cluttered with a multitude of devices users need access to,” said Robert Mays, Associate Product Marketing Manager, C2G, a brand of Legrand. “Users need to be able to switch between multiple computers, a tablet or phone, and other equipment quickly and easily. Whether in the office or working from home, users can rely on our powerful KVM switch that maximizes productivity and increases the efficiency and organization of any workstation.”

The C2G C2G54541 KVM switch supports a single USB-C-enabled computer, tablet, or phone, as well as two HDMI-enabled computers, streaming players, gaming systems, and set-top boxes, for a total of three devices. Besides sharing a keyboard, display, and mouse, users can also share webcams, printers, USB flash drives, and additional USB hubs. It supports USB-C power delivery up to 100W; resolutions up to 4K at 60Hz; HD digital audio, including DTS HD and Dolby TrueHD; and CEC pass-through over HDMI.

The KVM can be manually controlled by pressing the switch button or by using the auto switch and memory switch functions. When a source device is turned on, the unit automatically detects and switches to that device’s input. The built-in power-off memory function automatically remembers the last connected device.

All connectivity solutions are available through retailers and direct to users from C2G.

About C2G
When you need reliable connections, be sure to turn to C2G and our high-performance cabling and connectivity solutions. We’ve grown into respectable players in the IT and AV industries, though we still retain our scrappy vibe from the early days. And we’re not above having the occasional mascot. (We miss you, Cable Guy and Captain Connector!)

That’s what you get with C2G — an incredible focus on delivering unique, value-added solutions along with a singular commitment to creating lasting, dependable partnerships. It’s not unheard of for executives to be seen repackaging products in shipping or for a sales rep to hand-deliver a rush order when unusual circumstances arise. We’ve been that way since our founders ditched their 1984 Salem Mall PC resell store in Ohio to focus on expanding the custom cables they made in the back, which were selling like hotcakes.

We use premium components and the latest technologies to keep pace with the fast-moving changes in AV technology. Quality is so important to us that we have our own manufacturing plant to ensure our products meet our demanding expectations. We put our cable performance second to none and make sure we comply with industry specifications across RoHS, R.E.A.C.H., and WEEE. Check out our 7,000-plus stocked solutions or ask about custom kits. Seriously, let’s get connected.
