Ray Bailey has been in the low-voltage industry since 1979, when he started as a technician for Audio Communications in Anchorage before joining Rauland as a district manager in 1986. There, he taught companies about selling techniques and trained them on the technical aspects of installation and troubleshooting. In 1991, he left Rauland and started Lone Star Communications in Grand Prairie, TX, to cover the Dallas-Ft. Worth market. Focused on quality and customer service over his entire career, Ray is obsessed with making the customer experience exceptional. He has also been involved in carrying this message to other companies through his membership with NSCA, where he currently serves as vice president.
In his new role as chief executive officer at PSA, Matt Barnette is committed to providing industry leading products and exceptional customer service in everything he and his team executes. His teams are motivated to provide the best product, services, and support in the industry. With over 30 years of experience in management and executive roles, Matt is a seasoned veteran in the physical security industry. He travels internationally to attend and present at seminars and conferences focused on commercial and government security; the emergence of electronic security in IT; cyber-security; and the emerging IoT standards.
Michael Boettcher began his career in the industry in 2000, having served as CEO of New Era Technology – PA from 2009 - 2021. During his tenure, the company has transitioned from the traditional design-build integrator model into a service-oriented one with a full range of managed service offerings. This critical shift has led to significant growth and achievements for the company, including recognition as a Top 50 Systems Integrator by SCN and an Industry Leader by Commercial Integrator. Michael also received InfoComm’s elite APEx certification for industry excellence. Michael is an InfoComm member and an InfoComm Certified Technology Specialist (CTS). He holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Villanova University, where he was a student athlete in the baseball program. He’s also President of the NSCA Board of Directors.
Siddharth “Sid” Bose is an attorney in Ice Miller's Data Security and Privacy Practice. As part of Ice Miller’s Data Security and Privacy Practice, Sid counsels clients on various data security and privacy issues dealing with Internet of Things (IoT), SaaS, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, and data breaches. Prior to becoming an attorney, Sid worked as an IT systems engineer. He is a current board member of the Central Indiana Chapter of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA). He is also a volunteer with the National Telecommunications and Information Administration’s (NTIA) working group on IoT Security, Upgradability, and Patching. As part of the working group, Sid participates in discussions on the impact of IoT devices and the need for a secure lifecycle approach to IoT devices. Sid is also a former co-chair of the Indianapolis Chapter of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Dale Bottcher has helped AV and IT technology managers realize their visions in all varieties of applications and environments – from large-scale training centers to flexible huddle rooms. Dale is passionate about customer relationship building, working closely with his teams to address clients’ complex video communications needs and deliver solutions under budget and on schedule.
Kelly Bousman has more than 20 years of experience in leading strategic marketing programs. She strives to give customers the insights they need to understand AVI-SPL’s value and digital enablement solutions portfolio. Kelly directs the department’s efforts to elevate the company brand in the global marketplace, generate demand and qualified leads, optimize online marketing, build alliances with vendors, and engage customers through field marketing. She’s also a thoughtful promoter of company culture, building awareness of core values and serving as an executive sponsor for AVI-SPL’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative.
Mike Bradley is President and CEO of ECD Systems, LLC headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. Mike began his career in a sales role designing and installing Electronic Technologies for schools, hospitals and churches.
Following a 16 year career with Chambers in Phoenix, the last six as it's President and General Manager, Mike joined Safeguard Security and Communications where he has contributed his experience to help Safeguard expand it's business offerings, revenues and regional presence. Mike purchased the Safeguard Enterprise Integration Group in October 2014 and renamed the company ECD Systems, LLC. ECD Systems is now a leading security and systems integrator in the Southwest.
Brad Caron has 30 years of experience in the systems integration industry. He has overseen SIGNET’s growth from $1.8 million to more than $30 million in annual revenue. He identifies future strategies, ways to recognize existing and recruit new talent, and ideas for leveraging the experience and expertise of SIGNET’s vice presidential team.
Christina De Bono is president of ClearTech, an integration company established in 1983. Christina has 23 years of experience in the commercial AV industry, holding key positions in sales and executive management. Christina has been on the Board of Directors for NSCA since July 2017. She has served on other Boards including International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), LA Chapter and for the Association of Strategic Planners (ASP), L.A. Chapter. Christina is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.
Brad Dempsey, CEO of Solutions360, has 33+ years of international project and financial management experience in the technology industry. Brad began his career as a technology consultant in 1979 at TRW Data Systems, followed with positions at Prime Computer Ltd., Apollo Computer Ltd., and Sequent Computer Systems (Canada) Ltd. In 1988, he founded Solutions360 Inc. Solutions360 is an NSCA Business Accelerator.
Kyle Habben is president and CEO of Electronic Contracting Company, an integration firm providing AV, fire alarm, health care, and security solutions to customers throughout the Midwest. An NSCA Board of Directors member, Kyle brings 20-plus years of sales experience and has served the integration industry for over a decade. He has a B.S. in Industrial Distribution from the University of Nebraska at Kearney
Joel Harris concurrently serves as a Strategy and Business Consultant with Navigate Management Consulting and the COO for HB Communications (an NSCA member company). Over the past 20 years, Joel has led company growth by ten-fold through equal parts of organizational improvement, strategic transformation, and acquisitions. Joel is a veteran of the US Marine Corps and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, an MBA from the University of North Carolina and completed Executive Education in New Product Development at MIT Sloan School of Management. He has also worked in engineering and strategic consulting positions with Marathon Oil, Ernst & Young, LLP, and Pfizer, Inc.
In his role as chief executive officer at DLS, Tim Hennen helps integrators in the audiovisual, security, and low voltage industries meet growing customer demands through scalable technical services and focus on stable growth. Previously, as chief technology officer at IVCi, he successfully built strategic client and manufacturer relationships and implemented new emerging technologies to ensure that sustainable ecosystems and profitable processes were being put in place. He is Secretary on the NSCA Board of Directors and Chair of NSCA’s Emerging Technologies Committee.
Mat Hennings joined CEC in August 2019 as the vice president of finance to strategically lead CEC’s financial management. He has a strong background in continuous improvement, Lean principles, financial reporting and analysis, and process development. For the past 19 years, he has served as the CFO at Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers, Inc. Spending his career advising entrepreneurs on ways to take their organizations to the next level of success, he has been a featured speaker and panelist at many national conferences. He also holds Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional certifications.
Jay Rogina has more than 35 years of executive management and technical experience in the support of customers at various top electronic technology firms. As a Principal of Spinitar since 1999, Jay focuses on providing Spinitar’s overall strategic direction and visionary leadership while fostering Spinitar’s strong customer, manufacturer and industry partner relationships.
