Bill Bozeman is president and CEO of PSA, the world’s largest system integrator consortium, owned by the most progressive security and audio-visual integrators throughout North America. Combined, PSA members boast over 400 branch locations, employ over 7,500 industry professionals and are responsible for over $4.5 billion annually in security, fire, life safety and pro audio-visual installations. Mr. Bozeman currently serves on the board of directors for PSA, Security Specifiers, Northland Controls and also serves on various industry advisory boards.

Brad Dempsey

Brad Dempsey, CEO of Solutions360, has 33+ years of international project and financial management experience in the technology industry. Brad began his career as a technology consultant in 1979 at TRW Data Systems, followed with positions at Prime Computer Ltd., Apollo Computer Ltd., and Sequent Computer Systems (Canada) Ltd. In 1988, he founded Solutions360 Inc. Solutions360 is an NSCA Business Accelerator.

Laurie Englert

Laurie Englert oversees Customer Experience (CX) at Legrand | AV based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Her CX ecosystem includes teams of talented people within CX Journey & Events, Digital Experience, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Technology and Customer Care. In 2019, she was acknowledged by AVIXA in the ‘Women in AV’ category for her contributions in the AV industry. She also currently sits on the NSCA foundation board as President. Since 2014 she has worked to drive Legrand | AV’s business and culture to be customer centric. She drives the innovation framework of Design Thinking within the company and has also worked to help customers better their businesses through innovation and strategy sessions. As a Mentor in the company’s Elle program and an executive sponsor of its Better Community outreach program, she encourages and embraces a diverse team across the organization.

Joel Harris

Joel Harris concurrently serves as a Strategy and Business Consultant with Navigate Management Consulting and the COO for HB Communications (an NSCA member company).  Over the past 20 years, Joel has led company growth by ten-fold through equal parts of organizational improvement, strategic transformation, and acquisitions.  Joel is a veteran of the US Marine Corps and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, an MBA from the University of North Carolina and completed Executive Education in New Product Development at MIT Sloan School of Management.  He has also worked in engineering and strategic consulting positions with Marathon Oil, Ernst & Young, LLP, and Pfizer, Inc.

Dr. Ivan Joseph

As a professor and soccer coach at Graceland University, he developed the soccer program from the ground up. In five years, he led the men’s and women’s teams to No. 1 national rankings and helped the men’s team win its first national championship. As director of athletics at Ryerson University, he led the athletic program to national prominence and spearheaded the $100 million renovation of Maple Leaf Gardens. Ivan Joseph is currently the vice provost of student affairs at Dalhousie University. He leads the university’s efforts to promote interconnectedness and belonging among a diverse student body from across the country and around the globe. He’s also the author of You Got This: Mastering the Skill of Self-Confidence.

Dr. Chris Kuehl

Dr. Chris Kuehl is an economist based in Kansas City. His firm provides forecasts and strategic guidance for a wide variety of corporate clients around the world. He is also the chief economist for several national and international organizations, including NSCA.

Leonard Lynskey

Leonard Lynskey is a serial entrepreneur who has successfully exited three of the four businesses he started. A pharmacist by training, Leonard also ran a $400,000,000 division of CVS overseeing 25 nationwide locations with 250 employees. His last business grew to over 32,000,000 in sales and was listed on the INC 5000 list of fastest growing companies from 2007 through 2011 before he successfully exited. He is also featured in the book “Rocket Fuel” By Mark Winters and Gino Wickman.

Leonard enjoys volunteering. In 2011 he was recognized by the Texas Pharmacy Association for his work in Guatemala and was Bowl of Hygeia recipient for his work there. Leonard lives in Rockwall with his wife Debra of 28 years. They have 6 children and 5 grandchildren.

D. Eric Morris

Eric Morris, CPA, has held senior financial positions for the past 30 years for private and publicly held construction companies. For the past 19 years, he has served as the CFO at Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers, Inc. Spending his career advising entrepreneurs on ways to take their organizations to the next level of success, he has been a featured speaker and panelist at many national conferences. He also holds Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional certifications.

Chris Mounts

Christopher Mounts, CPA, served as AVI Systems’ first controller for four years before being promoted to CFO in April 2019. He now has executive responsibility for accounting and finance operations, financial reporting, strategic planning and analysis, and regulatory compliance. Chris ensures profitability while maintaining the ability to invest in future growth.

Chris also served as the senior vice president of corporate accounting for Cardtronics and vice president of finance at Layne Christensen Company. Throughout his nearly 20-year career, Chris has established a reputation as an operations partner and expert in financial systems.

Lisa Perrine, Ed.D.

Lisa Perrine’s career as an experience designer and communication strategist spans 30 years and includes more than 1,000 consulting engagements. Her systems integration firm, Cibola Systems, designs and builds environments that inspire people to collaborate productively, learn quickly, and make sound decisions. The coursework she designed and delivered for the University of California, Riverside; Pace University; Missouri State University; and Bellevue College introduces prototype design and testing techniques to a vast student population. The certification classes she designed for the American Institute of Architects, International Interior Design Association, and AVIXA provide hundreds of STEM professionals with design-thinking skill sets.
