Nashua, New Hampshire – AV Design Labs is excited to announce the appointment of Nipranch Shah, as a design/drafting engineer, working out of our Nashua location. Nipranch immigrated from India earlier this year and started working full time from February 1st, 2023.
Nipranch has been an integral part of AV Design Labs offshore production setup. As the very first employee, he is going on his 7th year with AV Design Labs and was extremely instrumental in growing and streamlining operations in India for us.
Nipranch was always curious and eager to learn more on the engineering side of the business and with an opportunity arising for us in the US, we helped him immigrate here and put him in a position of success with one of our customers.
When is not working, Nipranch loves exploring new places, enjoys traveling and is an avid follower of a few travel channels of some prominent social media. A soon-to-be dad, Nipranch is anxious and excited about the next chapter of Fatherhood in his personal life.
