Estimating of Systems Projects

Do you want to guess how widespread the estimates are for the SAME project?  Nearly 200%!  Undoubtedly, you’ve either been at the high or low end with your estimates in the past, but may not know where you fell and what made your estimate so different. 
 
Estimating in the systems integration industry has most often been viewed as an art rather than an exact science. While you think you may have mastered the "art," you are likely not making as much money as you could if you were to follow the same estimating process for each job. Attendees of this session will be exposed to estimating “best practices” and leave with a reference guide to more accurately estimate projects going forward.  Tips will also be given on how to determine which projects are ripe with opportunity and which will only waste your time.  If you are ready to avoid costly oversights on your next estimate, you can’t afford to miss this course!

Project Management of Systems Projects
