NSCA created SystemsPlus Mutual Insurance Company (SPMIC) to help stabilize the cost of health insurance for industry members. SystemsPlus is an ERISA-compliant tool your company can use to finance your medical plan and save money for your company and your employees.

Choose from two programs to fit your needs: Health Solutions and Stop Loss. Both programs offer the opportunity to earn Premium Credits: When SystemsPlus™ Mutual Insurance Company generates a surplus at the end of the year and your group has performed better than your expected claims, your group can then qualify for a premium credit.

SystemsPlus Health Solutions

1. Promote healthy living with preventive maintenance procedures. Routine checkups, such as annual physicals, eye exams, mammograms and colonoscopies, are covered 100%, and are not subject to co-insurance or deductibles.
2. Simplify program administration with an online enrollment tool and one set of forms to manage your plan.
3. Save money for your company and your employees. A national network of providers means the vast majority of claims are “in network.”
4. Make better decisions about medical plans, no matter your company’s size, by having access to your group’s medical claims on a monthly basis.
5. Offer employees online resources and monthly health coaching via telephone to manage health risks.

SystemsPlus Stop Loss
SystemsPlus Health Solutions is not a traditional stop-loss provider.

1. Take advantage of the flexibility to use our third-party administrator (TPA) to access deep network discounts nationwide or maintain your existing TPA and/or broker relationship.
2. Choose any specific deductible you want SystemsPlus does not mandate that participants accept a certain amount of risk, which means you have greater control over your cash flow and financial risk.

Due to overwhelming interest in the program, please contact SPMIC for a quote no earlier than 90 days prior to your renewal date. Companies interested in moving their effective date may call earlier if they meet all other program requirements.
