Although tensions heated up during the daytime sessions of the recent 2010 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Cancun, Mexico, UN delegates from more than 30 countries, along with the general public, were able to chill out at the free nightly “Singing for the Planet” outdoor music festival staged at Villa de Cambio Climatico (Climate Change Village). |
