Typical Facilitator Profile: The facilitator should have the skills and experience typical of a lead technician or higher, and above average communication skills.

Time Commitment: 2 hours/week of hands-on training plus preparation of course materials and supervisory tasks as desired by each company.

A critical component to the EST Training Series is hands-on local training to directly apply the concepts learned in reading and online demonstrations. Each company participating in the EST Training Series is required to provide a facilitator to lead the hands-on component of EST Level Training. The cost is $400, which includes lesson plans, access to student online activity, and reporting capability. The company may use one facilitator for multiple students.
