Want to get certified? Already Certified?
Obtaining an industry certification can help secure your career or your business for the long term. You come away with an expanded skill set and knowledge of industry standards and requirements. That means jobs are more likely to be done right, which reflects positively on the tech, the company and anyone else associated with the project.
Industry-specific certifications from NSCA and the Electronic Systems Professional Alliance (ESPA) help ensure high-quality work by promoting electronic systems best practices. These exclusive designations enable you to train and motivate your staff, differentiate yourself from the competition, or prove that you have the knowledge and skills for the job. Learn more about getting NSCA or ESPA certified.
NSCA will launch an updated Electronic Systems Technician (EST-L2) exam in Spring 2009. This exam will test the skill sets of technicians with one to three years of experience in the commercial electronic systems industry.
This certification complements the existing ESPA Certified-Electronic Systems Technician® (C-EST) certification, which targets installers with 0-12 months of experience. NSCA is a founding partner of the ESPA organization, and its exams serve as a baseline for NSCA’s certification program.
